I led strategic direction, design, and operations for Zone Check One, a service platform supporting digital creators through consultation, management, and creative branding. My focus was on shaping the company’s talent, and building sustainable workflows for both clients and collaborators.

Oversaw creator onboarding, consultation frameworks, and talent management.
Managed talent relations, operations, and strategic growth initiatives.
Directed communications, marketing tone, and external collaborations.
